Members of the Concert and Chamber Orchestras are invited to participate in Solo and Ensemble and/or audition for the Central Regional Honor Orchestra.
Members of Symphonic Strings will be required to participate in either Solo and Ensemble or audition for the Central Regional Honor Orchestra, as a graded activity.

Students have the opportunity to showcase their individual or small ensemble accomplishments through the Solo and Ensemble Festival.

All orchestra students have the opportunity to audition for the Central Regional Orchestra Festival. Students in the Symphonic Strings class are highly encouraged to participate.

For students that successfully audition into All Region - their participation fee in All Region will be covered by the DRHS Orchestra Boosters.

If you have been accepted into and participated in the All Region Festival, you qualify to audition for All State.

6th graders from feeder schools work with DRJH and DRHS Orchestra directors.
Required for Symphonic and Strolling Strings as a graded activity.

ABODA Area Festival
Concert, Chamber, and Symphonic perform.
Required for all ensembles as a graded activity.
March 3, 2026
Concert Orchestra Festival
Concert performs.
Required for Concert Orchestra as a graded activity.
